Take 495 North or South to Exit 51-B.  Take 125 North into Plaistow.  The Club is on the Northbound side of 125 directly accross the street from Kubota Tractor Sales.  You can't miss it.

From the North or South:
Take Interstate 95 to the Spaulding Turnpike (Rt. 16 towards Dover) follow to exit 7 (by Burger King); at the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Rt. 108. Turn left onto Back River Road (just after crossing the river). Continue approximately one mile on Back River Road to Garrison Road; turn left onto Garrison Road. Continue on Garrison Road, pass the Garrison Elementary School and look for the Portsmouth Christian Academy sign on your left. Turn left onto Seaborne Drive. Follow all the way to the end.

From the North:

Head North on Interstate 93.
Take Exit 4, turn right off ramp onto Route 102, North toward Derry.
Take first left onto Londonderry Road, go to the end of road, which dead ends into Ash Street.
Turn right onto Ash Street, go to end of road, which dead ends into High Street.
Turn left onto High Street, which curves right into Folsom Road. (Same street, but the name changes.)
Take second left unto Franklin Street, which dead ends into B Street (there is no sign).
Turn right onto B Street, which dead ends into A Street.
Turn right onto A Street.
The Sports Zone is the third building on your left.

From the South:

Head South on Interstate 93.
Take Exit 5,turn left off the ramp onto Route 28 south, Rockingham Road, toward Derry. (You will go back under Interstate 93.)
Stay on Route 28 for 2.4 miles when you will come to a stop light with Wal-mart on your right and Burger King on your left.
Take the next right, which is 'A' Street.
The Sports Zone is the first building on your right,
past the NAPA Auto Parts Store.

From the East:

Take 101 East or West to Exit 5, Route 102 towards Derry (10-15 minutes)
Follow Route 102 straight through the Derry Rotary
Take a right on Route 28.
Follow to "A" street on left
The Sports Zone is the first building on the right.

Colby Sawyer College, New London, NH

I-93 to Concord, NH
I-89 North
Exit 11 (follow signs to New London)I-93 North.
Bear right at the end of the ramp onto Route 11 for approximately 1 mile. Take a left onto Route 114 (Main St.)
Continue for approximately 1 mile and you will see a sign for Hogan Sports Center
Parking on the right (please park in that lot)

I-95 to the Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 16 (Route 125). Follow signs for route 125 (it's a long ramp, go all the way to the end).
When you get to the junction for 125, turn left.
Go through two sets of lights (one at the Lilac Mall, one at Wendy's).
After the second set of lights you will see the entrance to the Community/Rec center on your right.

Lewiston Multi Purpose Center

From the South: Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) north to the Lewiston exit #80. At the exit follow signs for Lewiston (not Lisbon) which take you to Lisbon St. in Lewiston in the direction of going into the city (this is also West on Route #196). Head into Lewiston for about a mile. You'll see a Mobil gas station on the left. Take a right at an intersection with a traffic light by the Mobil onto East Ave. After a short distance take a left at the first set of lights onto Bartlett St. Take Bartlett down the hill and back up a hill to a 4-way stop that is the intersection with Birch St. Take a right there and the Multi-Purpose Center is in view on the right about 1/2 a block away. If you get to the large hockey facility(Central Maine Civic Ctr.) on the left, you've gone too far. Just in case you're unfamiliar with Mapquest, I'm giving this to you as well. The directions via Mapquest may be for a more complicated route; however, the map is great for orienting you and shows all streets clearly. It's: http://mapquest.com/main.adp  

From the North: Take the Maine Turnpike south to exit 80 (former exit 13), continue as above.

New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) in Concord, NH

Take I-93N to Exit 15E onto I-393.
Take Exit 1 off I-393.
Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Fort Eddy Road.
Proceed under I-393.
Approximately 3/4 miles from the end of the exit ramp you will come to a stop sign on the NHTI campus.
Turn right onto Institute Drive.
Take your 2nd left into the parking lot.
Proceed through the first parking lot and into the next parking lot.
The Goldie Crocker Wellness Center, which contains the gymnasium, is the large building on your left.
Park in this lot and enter the double doors under the 'Goldie Crocker Wellness Center' sign.

Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill

Take 495 South to Exit 52 (there is a state sign for Northern Essex CC marking the exit). At the end of the ramp go right. Go 1/4 mile or less and take a left directly after the 495 north-bound ramp entrance (there is a White and Black sign for NECC on the right). Follow about 1/2 mile or less to the Main entrance and turn left on to the campus. The road splits upon entering. Stay to your left. Go to the one way street (first right) heading through the main campus. Go to the end. There is a huge parking lot on your left and you can see the gym off to your right (The last building). People usually park in the lot and walk to the Gym.

U-Mass Boston

From the north take Interstate 93 South through Boston to Exit 15 (Columbia Road/JFK Library).
Take a left at the end or the ramp onto Columbia Road, and then take your first right in the rotary.
Follow the University of Massachusetts signs along Columbia Road and Morrissey Boulevard to the campus.

Greely High School 303 Main Street (Rt 9) Cumberland, ME 04021

Take I-95 to the Maine Turnpike: Generally quickest Northbound - Take Exit 53 West Falmouth (formerly Exit 10). After toll plaza, turn left at light onto route 26/100. At the second light (~ 1 mile) take a right onto Falmouth Road. Bear left onto Winn Road (as you start up the hill near the fire station). At the end of Winn road (several miles), turn left onto Route 9. Continue straight at the first traffic light. The school is past the cemetery and one house on the right. Take the second entrance (the first is the middle school).

From the NorthTake I-95 to 495 South to Route 3 North (Exit 35 B), in the Burlington area Follow Route 3 North to Exit 32 Continue north to the Drum Hill Rotary and go about 2/3 of the way around the rotary, crossing over Route 3, and exit right, onto Westford Road. Follow Westford Road, past playing fields, and . Take first right onto Graniteville Road. Take next right onto Richardson road (just past the Ice Cream store) Take the 2nd driveway (the first is the main entrance) and follow it down the hill, to parking lot and gym.

Newton North High School

I-95 To Route 1 South (towards Boston) to 93 South (through Boston) to 90 West (Mass Pike)
Continue on MA pike for 6.2 mi. At exit 17, turn RIGHT onto Ramp for 0.3 mi towards Newton / Watertown
Take Exit 17, the first Newton exit, and travel straight off the ramp, on Washington Street.
Follow Washington Street for about 1.1 miles, to traffic light, turn LEFT onto Walnut Street (Dunkin Donuts on right)
Follow Walnut St for about ½ mile past sports fields on the right
Turn right onto HULL Street Entrance, follow to end.

Holyoke Community College (Bartley Center)

Bridgewater State College

Directions from the North: From Boston, take I-93 South to Route 24 South, exit for Route 104 East.
Take Route 104 East to STOP sign (approximately three miles). Turn left

For East Campus , including Tinsley Center, Swenson Field, Alumni Park

Proceed to Rotary, stay in right lane within rotary. Just before traffic light, bear right in front of the Shell gas station, thereby merging onto Summer St. (Route 104 East). Bear left through traffic light (Mobil station on left). Go over railroad tracks. Stay on Rte 104 for approximately 3/4 mile Athletic fields, Tinsely Center, are on the right.

Go through the set of lights (Route 106) and continue straight.
Take your second right onto Oxford Rd.
You will see the Mansfield SportsPlex on at the end of the street on the right hand side.

Wheaton College

 Masconamet High School - Endicott Street, Topsfield , MA

From South: (Rte. 128) - Take I-95N to Endicott Street (Exit 51) in Topsfield , MA .  Turn right (East) at top of ramp and the High School is the first group of buildings to the East (right) of I-95.  Courts are in the field house at the back of the school.  Go past the school and turn right at the last road entering the school property to get to parking areas near the field house entrance.

From North: (I-95) - Take I-95S to Endicott Street (Exit 51) in Topsfield , MA .  Turn left (East) at top of ramp and the High School is the first group of buildings on the right after you cross over I-95.

BY CAR FROM I-93:I-93 to Storrow Drive exit.  Take Storrow Drive West approx. five miles.  Exit at Harvard Square/North Harvard St.  Bear right after exiting and cross over bridge.  Go straight through the lights just over the bridge onto JFK St.  Just past the next light, take an immediate right onto South St (a TINY road).  The MAC is the large building straight ahead at the end of South St. 

BY CAR FROM MASS PIKE EAST & WEST:Take Exit 18 (Allston/Cambridge)  Go through toll booth ($.50), bear right towards Cambridge, then get into far left lane at set of traffic lights.  At the second traffic light (before the bridge across from the Doubletree Guest Suite Hotel) turn left onto Storrow Drive.  Continue on Storrow Drive to the Harvard Square exit.  Bear right after exiting and cross over bridge.  Go straight through the lights just over the bridge onto JFK St.  Just past the next light, take an immediate right onto South St (a TINY road).  The MAC is the large building straight ahead at the end of South St. 

**PARKING GARAGE DIRECTIONS FROM THE BRIDGE**Continue straight through the lights onto JFK St. after crossing the bridge.  At the next light (just before South St.) bear left onto Eliot Street.  The parking garage is just ahead on the right.  From the garage, walk to the intersection of Eliot St and JFK St. Cross JFK St. and continue down South St. (a TINY road) to the Malkin Athletic Center.  The MAC is the large building straight ahead at the end of South St.

Southern Maine Community College (SMCC)

Coming via Maine Turnpike North or South

Exit 45 (former Exit 7), coming off exit proceed straight (1.7 miles) to Rte. 1, Main Street Turn left onto Rte. 1 north
At 4th set of lights (1 mile) bear right following signs toward Rte. 77 South
Proceed straight on Broadway approximately 2 miles
Just past Newick’s Restaurant (on right) take right at the 2nd light
From this point proceed straight to end of Broadway (approx. 1 mile)
Take right at stop sign onto Benjamin W. Pickett St.-- 200 yards to campus

PARKING IS ON THE RIGHT, APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS BEFORE THE STOP SIGN AT BENJAMIN W. PICKETT ST.
